Chef’s Table is a gastronomic space that opened in 2019, in Andorra la Vella, in the basement of the Embassy. Created by the chefs Romain Fornell (one Michelin star, Caelis, Barcelona), Bernard Bach (two Michelin stars, Le Puits Saint Jacques, Toulouse), Oscar Manresa (Casa Guinart, Casa Leopoldo, Kauai). The space reflects the Andorran, Spanish and French cuisine in which you can taste dishes and tapas to share, enjoy a cellar of cheeses, a seafood bar, another dedicated to the specialties of southwestern France and the Iberian like a meat maturation cellar and a French boulangerie space, accompanied by an original selection of wines and cocktails.
Beyond the culinary project, Chef's Table aims to become a meeting place and a reference, both for residents and tourists to enjoy with friends or family in a lively, dynamic space. The Embassy, which will have two other plants dedicated to shopping and experiences, is an initiative developed by the Andorran businesswoman Rosa Pons and her daughters, sixth and seventh generation jewelers in Andorra la Vella.
