Tejada Mar is the new gastronomic proposal of chefs Romain Fornell and Oscar Manresa. Tejada Mar is the "non-stop beach version" of Casa Tejada -restaurant located above the Diagonal, a few meters from Turó Park-.
The Tejada Mar menu is based on tapas, seafood and oysters in the form of sharing dishes. Oysters are served hot or cold, accompanied by different sauces. Lobster and king crab is offered in different versions. Seaweed sea bass with béarnaise and fried sea bream with tartar sauce are other dishes to taste. The meat also takes center stage through proposals such as entrecôte to the Japanese court. The sweet part that is homemade by the pastry team has been specially taken care of. The Tejada Mar offer is complemented by an extensive cocktail and wine list.
