In December 2018, Casa Tejada restaurant reopened under the new direction of Romain Fornell and Oscar Manresa, marking a new step in the restaurant's future.
The renovation included a redecoration of the interior, with inspiration taken from the sea, and elements that recreate a fishing house that you can find in France in the Arcachon region, which is where one of the oyster categories that we serve is from the famous oyster of Joel Dupuch. The restaurant offers two rooms for indoor eating, and welcomes its customers at the bar that offers high chairs that can accommodate 16 guests on the terrace at the entrance of the restaurant.
The menu is composed of tapas, seafood and oyster plates that are made for sharing. The oysters can be served cold or hot, with a variety of sauces on the side. Lobster and king crab are also on the menu and presented in different styles. The “brasa”, is also present in a variety of plates from salmon with miso to the entrecote cut in japones style with txogitxu sauce. For the sweet tooth, the menus offer a list of deserts that are created by the pastry team. They offer delicious options such as the cheesecake, lemon pie crazy and the flan that makes you melt. Lastly, Casa Tejada offers a large card of cocktails and wine, specially selected by the sommelier of the group, to complement the meals.
Casa Tejada also offers the possibility of reserving the terrace and main dining room.
Casa Tejada is part of the goût rouge restaurant group (Barcelona restaurants, chef Romain Fornell).
