Located in The 5 star luxury Hostel de La Gavina in S’Agaró, considered the best on the Costa Brava and one of the most emblematic in the Mediterranean. In 2015, Romain Fornell joined the team as gastronomic director of Candlelight. In 2016, the restaurant went under a full refurbishment including the kitchen facilities. The change came accompanied by a new menu that Romain designed, in which its offer at once contemporary and based on local products, also maintained some of the classic dishes from the restaurant. Romain along with his kitchen staff, which is headed by José Luis Pulido.
Candlelight has, as well as an interior dining space, an intimate and romantic terrace.
